Who is responsible

Viktor Qorri, based in Nijmegen (the Netherlands), is responsible for the processing of personal data through this website (viktor.qorri.nl). Questions about your privacy? Email viktor@qorri.nl.

What data I process

When you fill in the contact form or email me, I process the data you provide yourself:

In addition, my web hosting records standard technical data such as your IP address in server logs, for the security and operation of the site.

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Whether your request is business or private, and a budget indication (only for a project request, optional)
• The content of your message

Why and on what basis

I use this data solely to respond to your question or request and to get in touch with you. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in being able to reply to your message, and where applicable taking steps prior to a contract. I do not use your data for marketing and I do not sell it.

How long I keep it

I keep your message no longer than necessary, as a rule no more than 24 months after our last contact. If you become a client, the statutory retention periods apply, including the seven-year tax retention obligation for my records.

Who I share data with

To run the site I rely on a few service providers that process data on my behalf as processors:

I do not share your data otherwise, unless the law requires me to.

• My hosting and email provider (Strato), where the website and my mailbox run and where your message is delivered by email (SMTP).
• For the fonts, the site loads Google Fonts from Google's servers, which passes your IP address to Google.

Cookies

This website uses no tracking or marketing cookies and no analytics software. Only strictly necessary technical requests are made to display the site.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, and to object to or restrict its processing. You can also ask to transfer your data. Email viktor@qorri.nl for this, and I will respond within four weeks.

If you disagree with how I handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority via autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

Security

The site runs over a secure HTTPS connection and the form is protected against spam. I take appropriate measures to protect your data against loss or unauthorised access.

Changes

I may update this privacy policy. The most recent version is always on this page, with the date of the last change at the top.
